  • add macos to CI
  • allow asserts in C++ tests (remove -DNDEBUG)
  • fix checkIntegrity data[j] is always >= 0
  • add checks for compiler flags -march=native and -mcpu=apple-m1 for python installation for macos
  • fix compiler flags for Windows
