The Testing WG charter needs to be ratified by @nodejs/build to take effect, so maybe that can be on the agenda? nodejs/node#5461

Also, just to confirm: The U.S. goes to daylight savings time this weekend. This meeting is fixed UTC time so the time of the meeting will change by one hour for folks in the U.S.?
