Node 24.4.1 released but docker image not published

Node 24.4.1 was released on 07/15/2025. As of 24 hours later there is still no published Docker image with this tag.

There are now published 24.4.1 images but they only seem to be x64 and some PPC64 builds. My CI build process includes making an both x64 and arm64 images, so it's stuck until the arm64 node base image is released.
