Survey 2024

Like the past few year, we need to start thinking about this yearly survey.

The main question we need to answer is to know if we want to focus on one technical survey or if we want to focus on other topics. The previous survey were mostly technical so this can change (or stay the same)

Opening the issue for Next-10 discussion I will update with some other content related to previous survey
