This commit makes `os.tmpdir()` behave consistently on all platforms. It changes `os.tmpdir()` to always return a path without trailing slash. Semver: major Fixes: nodejs#715 PR-URL: nodejs#747 Reviewed-By: Ben Noordhuis <[email protected]>
