A relatively minor release for npm as we continue to work to improve npm's git integration:

#7202 When caching git dependencies, do so by the whole URL, including the branch name, so that if a single application depends on multiple branches from the same repository (in practice, multiple version tags), every install is of the correct version, instead of reusing whichever branch the caching process happened to check out first.
