Windows 10, 21H2, 19044.1826

How to reproduce the issue:

  1. I went to the Node.js home page and clicked install via package managers link.
  2. In download using package manager screen, I selected Install Node.js v20.11.1 (LTS) on Windows using Chocolatey.
  3. In the shiki code snippet I saw language as Bash instead of PowerShell, which was the shell being used.
