Description
Torchtext stopped being updated in Apr. 2024, and the latest version is fixed at 0.18.0 (compatible with Pytorch 2.3). Fixing PyTorch to 2.3 (ASUS-AICS/LibMultiLabel-Old-Archive#386) could cause future maintenance problems. For example, we cannot upgrade PyTorch to 2.6 for a sudden CVE issue (see #20). Instead, we need to fix transformers to a specific version.
Action Items
Remove torchtext.
