Hi everyone, I was trying to do this (group empty directories) but setting vim.g.nvim_tree_group_empty = 1 doesn't seem to work.

This works however by setting this config

That’s not how it works, @chardskarth.
you need to pass it through setup() function. Have a look at readme and documentation for examples.

Yeah, thats what I figured. I just had to comment because google search got me there and it wasn't immediately apparent how I was supposed to achieve what I need (grouping empty directories).

But yeah, if I looked at README first, I would have found it there first.
