Should we distinguish modules written in typescript?

We show 😍 when a module has first party types. They could be either hand-written by the module authors, or they could have been generated by a compiler. It might we worth distinguishing these two, but I am not sure if there is a definitive way to do this. Perhaps if the module dev-depends on 'typescript'?
