LFX Mentorship Mar-May 2024 - Decide the order of languages to work

Based on the list from #1978, together with the mentors, decide which languages we'll tackle and in which order. Things to consider:

• Familiarity with the language
• How well documented is the process for new contributors

Tasks involved:

• Join the Slack channels for each target language
• Decide together with the maintainers for that SIG which bridges to implement
• Get familiar with the code base (read the contributing guidelines, run the automated tests locally, ...)
