[Responses] Type renames #548
Description
Summary
The current nomenclature for the types associated with the OpenAI Responses feature is rooted in the singular for "Response." These should be renamed to align with the feature. For example: OpenAIResponseClient => OpenAIResponsesClient.
Scope
- Identify types associated with the responses feature which use the singular form in their naming
- Adjust the name to the plural form
