Attempting to use OpenAPI v2 documents with this tool is a common enough issue that it's surfaced multiple times. It's probably worth adding a version check to ensure the document is 3.x. We could go a step further and use semver to even warn about minor spec versions (e.g. 3.1) that we haven't added support for yet.
