"Semi-sync enforced" is false

Hi there, as shown in the figure, how can I fix the false to true ?

Noticed this as well. Issue seems to be that the UI still references the bool value SemiSyncEnforced, which was changed to SemiSyncPriority (a uint) in this pull request.

I was the one that changed it in the pull request. I realized the UI inconsistencies after it was all merged and done and didn't think it was important enough to address, especially since Shlomi had indicated that he was gonna step back from more development for a while.
