Description
We have duplicate catalog web service access documentation in a few places:
allendpoint)metasendpoint)The howto fetching-catalog-contents.md adds nothing to the knowledgebase, and isn't integrated with other docs, so it represents a good pruning point for duplicate info.
This is the last work item needed to close #1783
