letter-spacing method

hi, could you add a method or font configuration to be able to make the letters equally separated one of the other

this because, i have to fill a form where it is needed to put each character of a word in an specific place

working arround this, i have to insert spaces at specific places to fit the best i can the letters, even with a Monospaced font

i came out with this code to solve this
var doc =new jsPDF(undefined, undefined, 'letter') ;

spaceChars("SOME TEXT", 89.3, 145, 5.6);

                function spaceChars(text, x, y, spacing) {
                    for (var i = 0, length = text.length ; i < length; i++, x += spacing) {
                        doc.text(text[i], x, y);
                    }
                }
