Enhance addPage() to accept page width, page height.

Currently there is no option to specify format per page. All the pages use the same format specified initially while creating the PDF. Is there any work around for creating PDF with pages of different size? If not, please enhance the appPage() to accept format / page size.

It'd also be great if we could specify the resolution to use. Currently it's fixed at 72dpi.

You could pass orientation and format to addPage() in RC1 but this was removed starting in RC2. Why?

I am not sure it's correct because the file came from a third party. Here is the function:

Thanks @pty, that commit ID pointed me to the rc1 here, and the addPage() is the same we're using in the current branch, hence it makes sense it came from a third part, could you please send me your rc1 file ?
