Add support for Catalyst

I have made a pull request here (#1460) to make it possible to compile Parse-SDK-iOS-OSX for catalyst. It requires that Parse-SDK-iOS-OSX is integrated via subproject.

It also requires this change in Bolts-ObjC (BoltsFramework/Bolts-ObjC#332).
