If reading installationId from disk failed - it will crash the app on setting the installationId.
If loading of
currentInstallationfailed, because disk failed orinstallationIdwasn't loaded - we should not crash Swift runtime, but rather force everyone unwrapcurrentInstallation.Closes #817.
