Issue Description

PR #8012 implemented heartbeats using the websocket ping/pong system, however when it receives the 'pong' it sets the waitingForPong flag on a nonexistent this instead of the ws object. This results in repeated LiveQuery disconnections.

Related issue: #8047

Approach

Set waitingForPong to false on ws instead of this.

Do you think you (or @pash2048) could add a test case so we can avoid such an issue in the future?

I took a stab at it, it passes with the updated code and fails with the old code so it seems to be working.

Could you take a look at this error in the CI:

2) ParseLiveQuery handle invalid websocket payload length
- Error: Timeout - Async function did not complete within 200000ms (set by jasmine.DEFAULT_TIMEOUT_INTERVAL)

Is that related to this PR?

Edit: When re-running the CI the error didn't occur anymore, so it was likely a flaky test.
