add pipeline to build apps

I don't understand this requirement, so please elaborate on what is needed specifically. You can already build debugging versions separately - see Compilation in the Wiki, and since we split caches four years ago (c6dd754), do so in parallel for multiple Android versions while also keeping production and debug versions separately. For example ./configure DemoHelloWorld android-21 debug; make; make install vs ./configure DemoHelloWorld android-24; make; make install or just use the default ./configure DemoHelloWorld android, which uses the SDK you specified in SETUP#L8

It is possible to use GitHub actions to build applications. Building the example applications is a good initial check that everything is working ok when a new commit is made to the repository.

It would also serve as a template for building other applications that use LambdaNative and use GitHub or other forges for collaborative development.

The one thing we already have is make smoke from make.sh#L1559 which allows for building and running apps to see which ones segfault. That could be combined with (unit-test-all) to build automated pipelines. However, this feature request is nothing that is on our priority list, so you are welcome to make a pull request and we can review it.
