Banner - update variant names to reference colors instead of status names

note - we're just replacing the variant names. We want to keep the status examples, which show how to include an icon and screen reader text.

would it make sense to have a non-breaking change where we just add the colors without removing the old variants? before removing the old ones in the breaking change release.

note other values (helpertext) include: error, indeterminate

@mcoker - would the style modifiers be updated as well? it seems some of these values were driven by style modifier names.

another Q: I see helperText (maybe others) uses the variant for screenreaderText too, how would this go? "blue status" seems like an odd thing to say to potentially blind people
