Warning - KEY_CODES removed

Original issue: patternfly/patternfly-react#8174

We have removed exported const KEY_CODES, which was not used anywhere within our code base but we should warn any users importing this that is has been removed.

Required actions:

1. Build codemod
2. Build test
3. Update readme with description & example
