Update import paths for Modal

Follow up to breaking change PR patternfly/patternfly-react#10358

Import paths will need to be update for the old Modal (update to import from deprecated directory) and Modal Next (update to import from the main react-core directory)

Required actions:

1. Build codemod
2. Build test
3. Update readme with description & example
