I would like to know if it's possible to put news predefined constants :
__File : get the file name where the macro is.
__Timestamp : get the current timestamp at the compilation.
__Folder : get the folder name where the file is.

Add built-in __file constant
d15fc22 
__file will be always set to the name of the currently processed input file.
It's similar to the __FILE__ macro in C.

See #105, #140.
