DM: unsupported command of dmctl #11439

In dm doc, the operate-source update command is said to be available. However, this is never implemented by DM at all.
It'd better be evicted in case some users try doing so.
This repository is ONLY used to solve problems related to DOCS-CN.
For other issues (TiDB, TiKV, etc), please move to other repositories.
