Sometimes the wrong tab is highlighted as active in stack view

In the attached screenshot, the first tab (browser) is active, even though the second tab (downloads) is highlighted. I discovered this when I hit Control+W to close the downloads and instead ending up closing some browser sessions.

I don’t know how to recreate it consistently yet but will update this issue if I manage to. It appears to happen (along with other oddities) when I switch to a stacked collection from a separate tile.
