windows gets stuck at a certain size when going too small #663

(2) Steps to reproduce (if you know):

Start with:

Use shift+left arrow, to make the window as small as possible

The windows go off screen to the second monitor. Highlighted in red rectangle.

Then use shift+right arrow, to make them bigger. It stops resizing them. Sometimes the windows just disappear. When you close all open windows the windows that disappeared they reappear.

(3) Expected behavior:

For windows to stop resizing when they are about to overflow to the other screen and not get stuck.
