This adds an express template for the dashboard application. I decided to go with a slightly more repetitive implementation than is strictly necessary, my thought is that adding in @expressify here is a bit too much complexity for the user of this dashboard and it's better to have it show a simple implementation even if it's a bit wordy. I'm not attached to this decision if we want to go another route.
