Include notebooks in documentation

We can, as a follow-up, include notebooks in documentation. Maybe a task for the upcoming intern.

@DeaMariaLeon This is a pre-requisite for the tutorials later. Can you look into testing and including notebooks in docs?

We only have one notebook at the moment, right? Also, are we planning to add them to the navbar only, or also to the homepage? If so, could you suggest some icons for the "Notebooks" section?

The goal here is to make the documentation more accessible and understandable for users and people just looking to check out what the library can do. The method isn't as important, so long as it is consistent.
