Fix the CI status badge

I broke this in #465 in an attempt to get the badge to reflect the status on main. Previously it reflected the status of the last run, and if that was on an experimental/incomplete PR then the badge would make it look like the CI was failing.

Acceptable PR would simply revert the change to the CI badge.

Ideal PR would get the CI badge working and reflecting the status of main.
