In particular, it writes packages/FSPkg/FSPkg.egg-info/PKG-INFO. The test works even without this file, so I'm taking it out of my branch. However, tests should not write into the source tree anyway; test_bundle should copy packages/FSPkg to the scratch directory before installing it if indeed that installation is supposed to write the PKG-INFO file.

This is no longer the case as all tests work on a scratch directory now.
