pytest-cov always missed Decorator Functions from submodules

To reproduce clone www.github.com/pengutronix/flamingo and run "tox"

This does not fix the problem. I try to use Tox also, but Python Decorators are still getting missed

Closing this issue. Using Tox worked magically.
