Just use http caching etc.
It is rather slow in general, and it should be good enough to test the current pytest with it only.

@blueyed so I've pushed some changes to add pypy3+pytest4.1 in the matrix, will merge soon I guess. |
…i, missing xdist dep for the virtualenv test etc). Some tests were disabled, can't remember why.
