I've copied these settings from https://github.com/sphinx-contrib/datatemplates so I'm reasonably certain they work. I think Github Actions can only be tested by merging the change and pushing another PR to trigger the new job, unfortunately. I can create a trivial PR to test/fix the job after this PR merges.
