Currently we check only for syntax errors in stub files. The idea is to add test data for static analyzers similar to how it's done in DefinitelyTyped for TypeScript.

This is a PR based on another PR #862 that adds
test_data/. It comes along with the test forobject.__sizeof__()as a proof of concept for the idea of the test data in typeshed for type checkers.
