Could move some repo resources to S3

-rw-r--r--  1 hsz  staff  9288544 Sep 24 10:42 ./docs/source/_static/img/swiftpm_xcode.mp4

Ideally they live in S3, so it won't take space in git repo.

How is this issue related to ExecuTorch?

Takes up space and git clone time for git repo.

Yes but I haven't seen a use case in our repo so far.

Also the real problem is these two mp4 files (or some png files) are for tutorial only which only requires a link to S3 (honestly I feel like https://pytorch.org/executorch/main/_static/img/swiftpm_xcode.mp4 is basically using S3?)
