Which makes me strongly suspect an unpinned dependency update...

I think I know what's going on here. I shifted audio (and other domain libraries) build from inductor test job to the build job, but https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/actions/runs/17060434423/job/48366125794 completely skipped the build step because reuse old wheel was on. In this case, inductor test job would try to rebuild audio wheel like it did before, but this part didn't work somehow. Let me work on a fix. The gotcha for me here was that I didn't realize reuse old wheel skip the build step on CI completely
