[Documentation report] `Tensor.flatten()` does not show in latest documentations

Recently there is a method flatten() implemented, and already added to the docs file, it has been a month and still not shown in the latest documentation. Just quickly to make sure if it is an expected case (e.g. documentation has longer cycle to synchronize)
