Currently we assume to find cudnn includes and libraries in the
CUDA_HOME
root. But this is not always true. So we now support aCUDNN_HOME
/CUDNN_PATH
environment variable that can have its own/include
and/lib64
folder.This means cudnn extensions now also get support on the FAIR cluster.
