error when erasing a job that hasn't been executed 

If we stage multiple jobs and then try to remove 1, we get this error:
`Error running SQL: INVALID_TEXT_REPRESENTATION. MSG: invalid input syntax for integer: "null" LINE 3: ... WHERE processing_job_workflow_id='null') ^`
