Before this change, `DataDictionaryGenerator#generate(Repository, File)` did not actually work, because it relies on the class-level variable `xmlDocument` being set, which is only set during unmarshalling which happens only in the `generate(InputStream, File)` entrypoint. This change doesn't aim to do anything except make `generate` not break (there's certainly a way to avoid needing the repository `Node` altogether).
