First beta stable version

This is the first time that we are releasing a version. This is version 0.2, which includes all the basic functionality that we set out to achieve with HTBAC. You can run simulations on HPC clusters with NAMD and OpenMM, add arbitrary numbers of ensembles to your system, copy files, manages system description files and more.
