The old tutorial is not relevant for the new UI for beginner to try. I just update it to make it have better experience for completely beginner who wanna try the fing way to find IP of raspberry pi.

Should we be recommending a specific third-party product here? We've mostly removed references to third-parties from the documentation.

oh please don't delete this third-party tutorial. Cause this is helpful for a beginner who had a phone to find the IP.

In light of #1911 is this PR still relevant? If there is supporting third-party documentation outside of this repo, and there hasn't been much recent progress I'd be inclined to close it?

After consideration, this content will be removed in any case as part of #1911 as we are no longer supporting third-party applications and tools in the official documentaiton. Closing.
