Based off a driver I created for another project, gives basic functionality of ST7789 in as little overhead as possible (minus the chicken). Let me know if you spot any mistakes, I've gone through it but having ported lots of this from another project, I might have missed something. Thanks!
Also, the CMake file is copied and modified from another file in the library already to maintain consistency.
