PickerPanel :TimePanel cell hover causing errors in datetime view

When <PickerPanel/> comp is used alone see this code sandbox

Then when you hover on the time panel cell for example 01, you will see a console error, see the screenshot attached below

I believe this has been caused recently by this MR

Does anyone confirm this issue?
