Translation of updating-arrays-in-state page

Thank you for your efforts on reviving this repository and creating a valuable documentation for the persian community.
I have submitted a translation of the updating-arrays-in-state page in PR #467, and would be glad to receive your feedback about the suitability of the translation.
I am also willing to help in the future translations, and would be glad to help in creating a comprehensive persian documentation for react.
