Description
Hi,
Over the last couple of years Flathub has risen in popularity in the Linux desktop space and is now the primary method of software installation on some distributions and on Steam Deck.
Red Eclipse is already maintained on Flathub, but it's currently unverified. So I'd like to ask if you're interested in verifying Red Eclipse on Flathub, maybe around the 2.1.0 release?
Here is some information about verified apps.
There are many benefits to verifying an app, but for Red Eclipse in particular, it will improve the discoverability of the game because some popular distributions like Linux Mint hide unverified Flatpaks by default, so users of such distros may not discover the game.
Some users also generally trust verified Flatpaks simply due to them being either published by the original developer or authorised by them.
