Add a 'syncWithEditors' setting to disable syncíng the editor with the package explorer.

For medium to large code-bases, the ide takes a performance hit. Secondly, when editing a number of files, the package explorer keeps jumping around in a bid to sync with the files opened. 

This setting will prevent the two issues mentioned above.
