As of RedisBloom (master) 2.4.0, there is a new command TDIGEST.TRIMMED_MEAN. We need to add support and the associated tests, as per [this PR](https://github.com/RedisBloom/RedisBloom/commit/15e10a139eb49a1af700d1c2853c32d18186b72b)
